In North Richland Hills, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Texas on weekdays. North Richland Hills is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and North Richland Hills follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Lmao 🤣 i’m sorry the pizza is so MID LMAO 🤣 I’m disappointed I waited 25 minutes for my pizza and it’s just so like I’d rather have gone to Domino’s to be honest for half the price. The staff was extremely nice though, but it’s not really thin crust. It is a little too thick for thin crust it doesn’t really seem like the pepperonis were like cooked enough. It just doesn’t do it for me. I literally came because I saw Facebook photos of you know the brick oven pizza and stuff and I figured I’d give it a try but it basically just taste like chain restaurant pizza

Dinner and entertainment all in one! The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome, especially since it was our first visit. We got to watch the whole pizza making process. Ordered the Wild Boar Pepperoni and the Siciliana, and both were delicious (I did put pepper flakes & Parm on some slices before taking pictures). The garlic sauces are 😩🤌🏾🤤 ❤️ We'll definitely be back!

I really wanted to love this place. I've been seeing their pizza online for years, and it always looked incredible. Living in Texas made trying it impossible until they finally opened a location in NRH, so my family and I were excited to check it out. We ordered the 120-piece pepperoni pizza, a small pepperoni and sausage pizza with jalapeños on half, cheese bread, and every dipping sauce they offered. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the hype. The cheese bread was pretty odd, and the sauces were disappointing. The black garlic sauce tasted overly sweet and funky, which was surprising because I'm a huge garlic fan. The ranch was probably the biggest letdown—it appeared to be bottled ranch rather than house-made. The white garlic sauce was okay but very thick and lacking flavor. I think it might work better on a pizza than as a dipping sauce. The marinara was average at best. I also ordered a Mediterranean salad, which was actually pretty good, but it didn't arrive until well after our pizzas came out, so I ended up taking it home. The biggest disappointment was the pizza itself. For the price, I expected much better. It looked nothing like the pizzas shown in the

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Absolutely outstanding takeout experience from Burattino Brick Oven Pizza. Ordered for pickup and everything was spot on from start to finish. The pizza was still hot, perfectly cooked, and had that legit brick oven flavor you just don’t get everywhere. Crust was crisp on the outside, soft inside, and the ingredients tasted super fresh. Order was ready right on time, packaged well, and the staff was friendly and efficient during pickup. Honestly, this is how takeout should be done. If you’re in the area and want high-quality pizza without dining in, this place absolutely delivers. Will definitely be back.

This was our first time ever eating at Burattino’s and we were so excited to hear of a location in Texas! We went today, 04/12/26 not even more than two hours ago. The cashier was lovely, patient and so helpful. We ordered a giant calzone and a cheese lava pie which were delicious! We also ordered two pizzas to go. Since the seats are so close to the pizza chefs we are able to see their skill at work. However at the end of our wait we noticed that the young man who was making our to go pizzas had a different demeanor. Unlike the other team members present he was dragging his fee, barely uttered a word when I asked for a to go box and we noticed he was pulling out pizzas that looked too crispy on the edges. The other young man who was working was very attentive and constantly checking the pizzas. Upon being told our to go pizzas were ready I kindly and immediately pointed out that the pizzas looked too crisp but they assured us this was normal. I wasn’t too sure but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. We came home and yes, the pizza was to crisp beyond the edges to the middle of the slice which also caused the pizza to suck up the marinara and as a result was dry. This la
